Director
Antonis Petrou is the Director of AP Marine. He has over fourteen years’ experience in marine environmental surveys and consultancy. Initially he worked as a marine biologist at the Department of Fisheries and Marine Research but for most of his career, he has been working in the private sector as a researcher and consultant, forming AP Marine in 2003. 

Antonis has extensive experience in many marine environmental disciplines including marine environmental surveys, bathymetrical surveys, strategic and environmental impact assessments, biological monitoring of marine habitats, experimental fish surveys, habitat mapping and ecological assessment. 

Additionally, he consults the fisheries and aquaculture sectors and has provided many types of relevant consultancy services to the governmental and private sectors in Cyprus, the EU and the Middle East. He is the Scientific Associate of the Cypriot Coastal Fisherman’s Association and he is on the Board of Director of the NGO -  Enalia Physis Environmental Research Center.
